jetph Privacy Policy — Your Data, Protected
At jetph, your privacy is not an afterthought — it is a cornerstone of how we operate. This Privacy Policy explains in clear, plain language what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have as a Filipino player and data subject under Philippine law.
Privacy at a Glance
These cards summarise how jetph handles your personal data. They are provided for convenience only — please read the full Privacy Policy below for complete details.
What We Collect
We collect the personal data you provide during registration — name, date of birth, email, mobile number, and address — as well as transaction history, device information, and gameplay data needed to deliver and improve our Platform Services. We never collect more than what is necessary for a specific, stated purpose.
Why We Use It
Your data is used to operate your jetph account, process deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso, verify your identity under KYC obligations, prevent fraud and money laundering, and — with your consent — send you promotional offers tailored to the games you enjoy, whether slots, live casino, bingo, or fishing games.
Who We Share It With
jetph does not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform — such as payment processors like GCash and BPI — and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities when legally required. All third-party processors are bound by strict data processing agreements.
How We Protect It
We apply industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Our security team monitors for suspicious activity around the clock to protect every member's account and personal information.
Your Rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to access, correct, erase, object to processing of, and port your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. Contact our Data Protection Officer to exercise any of these rights at no charge.
Cookies & Tracking
jetph uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences, as well as analytics cookies to understand how Members use our platform so we can continuously improve it. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings or the jetph cookie preferences panel.
